admin-ajax.php file blocked

Dear Wordfence Team,

I’ve installed some plugins from a developer and they currently aren’t working. I’ve been in touch with them and they replied with the following:

“There is the following js error on your website, that caused the issue. For some reason, the admin-ajax.php file is blocked on your website. I think this is blocked by some security plugin or you have some blocking configuration in the server or in the .htaccess file.”

I’ve been in touch with my hosting provider and they’ve confirmed that there is no blocking configuration, and they highlighted Wordfence as likely to be causing the issue. I’ve also searched how to solve this in regards to Wordfence, and all I could find was make sure Wordfence is in ‘Learning Mode’ (which is currently is), and to try to whitelist /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php. Unfortunatley I haven’t had any luck.

A link to the error can be found here: https://imgur.com/a/smJh2et

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help!
