We found that +70% of our users use Android and Google Chrome, this browser has a functionality called “basic mode”… Almost everybody has this option enabled by default, this is because this mode saves mobile data…
This “basic mode” disables all javascript on our website, this makes our checkout and product pages to not work properly, we are losing conversions and money due to this issue.
We have made some testing and we found other eCommerce stores are not loaded under this “basic mode” using the same device. So we think this can be configurable.
Do you have any idea how to prevent google chrome from loading our website using the “basic mode”?
