Switch between payment options programmatically

Hello,
Is there any action/filter I can use to switch between these two payment actions programmatically for specific orders: https://prnt.sc/upc13l
For example native WP Paypal has this filter ‘woocommerce_paypal_args’ that can be used to change the Payment actions either to Capture or Authorize in code.
