Hello,
We have a small problem with WPForms we just can’t resolve on our own.
We followed the setup guides and most of the form is working, except the reply-to.
The Form itself is arriving in our mail box, that part works.
To sum up some info that might be of use:
– WPSMTP is installed and configured to PHP mailer
– The “From” email in WPSMTP matches the Mail in form settings (and also tried to use the force option)
– “Send to mail” in Form settings in configured to thesame e-mail as the “From” in WPSMTP
– Reply-to is set to the {field=} where the customer fills in their e-mail
– Confirmation setting is set to “Message” and we made a reply in the box
– The test function in WPSMTP is working and sends to an external adress without problems
I’m not sure anymore what to do, please assist.
