Orders being marked as Cancelled and customers not receiving emails.

I’m having an issue with woocommerce, whenever a customer orders a product and checks out, pays and finishes their order, I receive the order in my orders list as “Cancelled.” I’m still able to ship the item, or in the case of downloadable items, generate download links and such. But even if I use the manual send order confirmation button, they never receive any contact email from me even in their spam folder. Obviously this is a major issue because customers buying STL’s from me aren’t receiving the email containing their download links.
