I have tried to submit a ticket to Support for this theme twice but it keeps showing up as an error. Could you please have a look at your Support Ticket contact form as it is not working correctly.
My query is this:
I am trying to add a Klaviyo newsletter sign up to my Mezmerise theme. I have added the Klaviyo plugin and integrated it successfully with WordPress. However, I cannot add the embed code (which is a <div> code) to the sign up section within the theme customiser as it requires a shortcode.
Please can someone help with this as it seems more of a theme issue than Klaviyo issue.
