Hi support team,
I am getting an error while testing to subscribe through Mailpoet form. It is 4 days since I signed up, domain as well as From email are verified as I can see in my admin panel on your website. The error message is “Something went wrong with your subscription. Please contact the website owner.” and NO confirmation email is sent to the email address. The email address is added to subscribers list as unconfirmed. Is that just because you haven’t managed to approve my account yet? If so, when can I expect your approval? Or is there any other problem I should look into?
