Hello,
One of our contact forms intermittently gets a wp-json/…/feedback 404 error, sometimes the form submits fine other times it gets stuck on the loading animation.
Strangely even when the form gets an error the email is still being sent and received however some of the attached files may be missing, the error is especially common when files are attached.
I have deactivated all plugins except for Contact Form 7 and used a default theme to troubleshoot the issue but it still persists. I have tested on another website but have been unable to replicate the issue which leads me to believe there may an issue with the WordPress install or server configuration.
Are there are any particular server or WordPress settings that are worth looking at to try fix the issue?
I’ve tried all the common fixes people have suggested in previous posts (re-save permalinks, htaccess rewrite for double trailing slash, etc) but with no luck.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
