I recently purchased the Core bundle for Oceanwp. I went to the support page ” If you are a paid customer of OceanWP, you can submit your support tickets here….”

Clicking the submit a ticket button brings you to a page https://oceanwp.org/paid-support/ which states:
“this page is for paid customers who have purchased the Core Extensions Bundle or an extension and have an active license to submit support tickets for core plugin and/or extensions. If you are a paying customer please login to our website to submit a support ticket. If you are a free user of OceanWP please create a topic on the wordpress.org support forum here.”
But there is no form or other links. How do I submit a ticket?
