Changing taxonomy page title

As you can see, the title of that page is an email because that’s the taxonomy title… I’d like to change it <title></title> when I open that taxonmy.

I already have my taxonomy-{term}.php

Is there any action/filter I can use to change it when loading? I don’t want to change the value on the database, I just want to change it when viewing that page. Tks a lot!
