Relative URLs don’t work in the ‘Link’ field

Hi there, I have some custom views set up in Strong Testimonials with one of the fields being a ‘Link’ URL. This works fine for full URLs, but when I try to add a relative URL like /contact-us/ the field keeps automatically adding HTTP:// to the start.

Is there a way to prevent this sort of ‘sanitisation’ in link fields?
