Hi,
I recently upgraded from 3* to 4*
I imported the orders and customers, but I have noticed that the order numbers seem to have jumped.
We had an order 14th august, before updating. The order number was – #1026803 , today we had an order and it is – #1026861 , its like it has missed 58 order numbers.
Also I wasnt even sure if we were getting orders as it was nearly 24 between the orders, very rare.
We are running paypal pro hosted and our subscription has expired, I see in the changelog that thee latest update shows ‘TWEAK – woocommerce 4’ – Could that be the issue?
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
