Is it possible to change change the name of .xml file

I have some affiliate sites that have a common name of XML file. Currently I am working on GTA San Andreas APK. The whole concern is protecting competitors from spying my keywords.

So my question is, keeping things SEO friendly is it possible to change the XML file?
