I’m using Google Tag Manager to insert my Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and Active Campaign Site Tracking.
Using the setup wizard, I have indicated to Complianz I’m using GTM for analytics and it asked me to enter my UA tracking code which I did.
But now when running a Gtmetix test, I get a 404 for what appears to be the version of gtm.js Complianz is attempting to load (as the asset has my UA code in the slug) See Screenshot here:
And GTmetrix report with full waterfall here: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/matchlessweb.com/8fLVTf5B
So it appears my GTM Javascript is still loading when I assume it shouldn’t be, and that is messing up the file Complianz is attempting to load. I may have botched the setup process somewhere along the way.
Might I need to re-setup GTM on my site with the newly added asset URL?
Any tips on how to resolve this?
P.S. I have a separate ticket open regarding my use of Flying Scripts plugin to delay some scripts. I’ve now removed any consent-requiring scripts from Flying Scripts. So the issue I’m dealing with now isn’t related to Flying Scripts.
