Hi, I am evaluating your plugin, and so far, so good, EXCEPT we are no getting the “offline emails”
– I have read through the support site and seen various issues
– the email in the setup is correctly indicated
– i have two emails in the ‘send to agent’ (comma delimited), neither receives
– we get normal emails from the site (registrations, tests etc)
– the offline messages are correctly captured and we can read them later, but we get no emails, so we have no way to tell
when I turn the autoresponder on, and list an email as a USER, I get an email to the USER
But no alert email for offline messages
Are you able to look at the javascript on the site and see if there’s an issue, please.
