Exclude Files from PSI not working

if i add files to exclude from PSI, it don’t work 🙁

/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js
or
https://www.foo.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js

It always shown in Critical Path
And how can i exclude self hostet .woff?
