Restricting Video access based on user role.

I’m wanting to know if there is a way to Restrict Videos(Preferably when there under a certain category Defined in your Plugin) from being viewed based on what User Role the User has.

For example, Practically Speaking…
what id like to do is, Require Users Be logged-in to View a certain Video category.
Or in Terms of a subscription based Service, Require Users be subscribed to the service to watch Videos.

is there currently a way to do this?
or at least do something like it?
