staging site backup stuck

Hi, after couple dozen times of trying I haven’t been able to backup my staging site.

I have been able to backup the production site with UpdraftPlus.

I have reduced the backup archive split size to 25mb.

This is a staging site. So, I have left the settings tab of the UpdraftPlus visible while I backup.
I have very big upload files (3.1 GB).

Please help!
