I just installed WooCommerce and under the WP Products/Category page, it says there are 33 items but none are displayed (the list box on the right says No Categories Found but directly underneath it says 33 items). And on my Shop page, in the Product Categories dropdown box, there are indeed 33 items (but lots of repetition and what appear to be subcategories as they are indented). I did not add any of these, they just appeared after the install. I do not see a way to add attachments or I could show a screenshot.
In any case, I am trying to delete all of these pre-populated ones and add my own, but cannot right now because they do not appear.
One other clue (and a related problem). Under Products/All Products, it shows I have All (26) but then only 3 are listed (2 that were part of the install, and one that I added). And it says Published (3), and these 3 show up properly on the Shop page. So where are the 23 other unpublished products? I suspect maybe they have categories that is causing the problem above? One website said they should be under Draft, but there is no option for Draft (only Trash).
