How to set up scroll depth tracking

I’ve got Site Kit installed. I now want to add scroll depth tracking for my pages, to see how far users scroll on each page.

In Google Tag Manager, I see how to create the scroll depth triggers. But that’s where I get stuck.

I do see how to create a tag that is fired by the scroll depth triggers, but I’m confused about what tag type to choose. Should I choose Universal Analytics? Am I them supposed to put this tag code somewhere? I thought the purpose of Site Kit was to handle this for me.
