Localhost doesn’t allow the connection

Hi 🙂

I duplicated a woo-commerce website (created online which I want to modify in localhost), with apparently no error, but I can’t connect to Wp-login or any other page : Localhost doesn’t allows the connection.

I’ve checked the dup-installer-bootlog, which mentions that : ERROR: SAPI: Unrecognized.
Everything else is sucessful. The log ends like that : DONE: No detected errors so redirecting to the main installer. Main Installer URI = http://localhost/my_folder/dup-installer/main.installer.php

I deleted my .htaccess but the problem remains. All of the url I try to type in automatically get https, and nothing works.
However when I type : http:/my_folder/index.php I can see the page. But 404 not found as soon as I click on a menu item.

I also have an error in Wamp when clicking on Localhost :
Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in C:\wamp64\scripts\config.inc.php

Note : I have several websites hand-coded which work perfectly with Wamp. The problem is only with my 1st (imported) WordPress site. (and I tried to import it 2 times, but I still encounter the same problem)

Can u kindly help me please ? Thanks 🙂 🙂
I’ve been searching the web for an answer and asking in Wamp forum and other ones dedicated to webmastering, but so far nobody seems to know…

Thanks, 🙂
