How do add extra custom fields (image, text etc) to Donation Levels

Hi,

can you point out snippets/documentation, to add extra fields in the backend Donation Levels panel?

I need to have more fields in there, for each level, the content will always be different, so I can’t just use a frontend filter or manage this from code alone each time a new form is created.

Eg. each level needs its own image and a custom extra text, every time
