As everyone else, trying to improved my GTmetrix score which shows a need to defer parsing of JavaScript. When I turn on the Load JS Deferred button (regardless of Exclude Jquery setting) I cannot load one menu page of my site. Everything else appears to work fine.
So, I went to that page (with Load JS Deferred off) and tediously copied all of the js scripts for that page. They look like this (only a few):

Now, I put all of these into the tuned settings JS Deferred Excludes.
Now turn on Load JS deferred
Still can’t play that one single page.
The Recommendation from GTmetrix only shows 5 offending scripts that are parsed during initial page load for a total of 476.6Kib of JavaScript.
