Automatic translation with the Loco plugin

Hello people,

I installed the plugin and realized that it does not do automatic translation. The plugin only accesses the .po file and separates the two language columns into two fields for us to do the translation manually.
If so, the Poedit application already does this job, without having to install a plugin. What is the difference between the Loco plugin and Poedit?

I saw that to do automatic translation, I need to integrate the Google Translate API. Once the translation of the .po file is integrated and done, will this translation be saved in a specific plugin folder or will it replace the existing .po file in the wp-content/translate folder?

If I disable the plugin, do I lose all translation?

After I have done all the translation with Google Translate, can I download the .po file? If I have another site using this same theme, I may want the .po file already translated.

Thank you!
