Created Taxonomy Not Available

Hi,

I created a taxonomy and associated it with posts and pages. However, I neither see it in the admin UI to add elements to it, nor is it available when creating new pages.

Am I missing something in the use case for adding taxonomies ? Or perhaps taxonomies only works with custom post types created by this plugin?
