Adding email link to text in a image?

I seem to be having a brain freeze… yes there is another term for it but I’ll stick with freeze….
I have a image that has the email addresses for Customers or Vendors or general questions but I don’t know how to make them links.
I have Draw Attention, but that only makes URL links or popovers (LOVE IT!), but how to I get the text in the image to become links? HTML? I literally can not remember how to do this …sucks getting old.
