Rank Math Calls

I have installed a great plugin called Snitch. This plugin shows me that rank math generates every couple of minutes calls like shown in the screenshoot.

Two questions:

1. Why are this needed avery few minutes (5-8)? Isn’t it enough to have them every 2-3 hours?
2. Any chance to set the timing to a much longer time?

I could live to adjust the timing manually through edding php, js,… files and repeat this after each plugin update.
