1. most of the reviews for 5 stars here are given by the creators
2. latest update 5.6.1 causes conflicts with many other plugins
3. support is non existant
4. the evnet schema is not fully what google requires ( isnt a major issue as it generates warnings but this wouldnt be hard for them to have fixed)
