GTMETRIX Serve resources from a consistent URL

Hi !

First of all thanks for the plugin ! I just switched to SSL with my new host and everything seems to work fine.

Only issue is when testing Speed on Gtmetrix it now shows a new error as “Serve ressouces from a consistent url:

The following resources have identical contents, but are served from different URLs. Serve these resources from a consistent URL to save 1 request(s) and 480.6KiB.

I have several errors like this.
