It appears that every time your plugin updates it’s randomly deleting episodes hosted on a different platform other than Blubrry.
When this was brought to my attention 2 months ago – I thought it was an anomaly and painstakingly went back and re-added all the URLs one by one again. There’s over 850 episodes so I’ll let you do the math on how long this took.
Now, it’s being brought to my attention that it’s happening again and I’m losing subscribers because of it. Seriously? WTH is going on with your development team?
This is so basic and fundamental to the operation of your plugin that I cannot fathom that this something you’re overlooking. There are no other plugins that interfere with the feed and absolutely no reason to believe it’s not PowerPress.
I would host with you guys but your’re nowhere near competitive in your offerings so I choose to use the free plugin, which took a lot of work to redesign on my own but this is unconscionable.
I’m right in the middle of my busiest season of the ENTIRE year and I have to take two days to fix this crap only to have all that work obliterated again with the next update.
Seriously, get your stuff together. This is sloppy plain and simple. I’ll just look for other alternatives after June is over. Thanks for nothing.
