Modifying the “New Account” Email after first purchase

How can we modify the following items on the “New Account” Email that is sent after the customers first purchase?

1) Change Hi “firstname.lastname” to Hi “Firstname Last Name” (First letter of first and last name capitalized and no “.” in between first and last name (should not have a period in between first and last name)

2) Change the user generated “username” to the customers “email address” instead of “firstname.lastname” (ie. newcustomer@mail.com)
