Searching all the threads here for “cancel order,” we find other threads mention that customers have the means on their own to cancel their orders.
But while we’re still building our store and using a test customer to test the store, see how things work, and make adjustments, we’re not seeing a way in the test customer’s dashboard or elsewhere for the customer to cancel an order on their own. (In the tests, the orders are “Status: On hold” awaiting payment. The store Admin can cancel an order, but no way that we can see for the customer to cancel an order.
On the Dashboard under Orders and then Actions, there are options to “View” orders and “Download invoice (PDF).”
What are we missing?
