Book page | ‘Paperback’ missing and ‘Book’ not possible to translate

Hi there,

Maybe there is somone out there to help me with this:

In the box that shows the book details “E-Book” is shown before the price, but something like “Paperback” is missing. Any idea how to add this info?
Besides that it seems there is no way with something like ‘Loco Tranbslate’ to change ‘Book’ to another language for the display refering to series. (It should be possible to translate this into German.)

Here is an example how it looks like at the moment:
