Before I even installed the plugin, i reached out to support as i had a few questions prior to installing the plugin. Not only did they reach out to me instantly, but their reply was thorough and personal.
Sometimes you see plugin providers (especially free plugins) become complacent with their answers. But Payment plugins is genuinely interested in your business and wants to make sure you have the answers and more importantly the after installation support. Which you can obviously see from the plugins activity threads that they are there to answer all your questions.
