automatic scroll on Site

I tried this plugin.

With the Original Theme Rife free the header work perfect.

When i make Site with Original Templates from this Theme (Canvas Elementor Template) the header show up but when i go to the footer on the site, it scroll up automatic so that the footer Menu can not be reached. How i can remove this scroll function?

At the Moment i remove the Header in den Elementor Canvas an use it only with Standard Template for one Site.

When i make footer or pre footer it never show on the site even when i disabeld the original Footer in the Rife theme free.

Did somebody had the same problem or can give me advice how to fix this problem?

I am beginner with this wordpress and with this plugin.
