The good:
The plug-in works and it will increase the speed of your site, without question. Free and/or paid.
The not so good:
1) Support seems a little condescending. You guys should work on that.
2) If you opt for the paid version, it seems a little obnoxious that you have to have two plug-in’s installed instead of over writing the free version. As every WP user knows, the least plug-in’s installed, the better. The delivery/installation method could use a little improvement.
