So I bought products addons pro through acowebs to calculate prices based on front end input namely width and drop for roller blinds.
I need a BOGO plugin to offer discounts on Buy 2 get 1 free and all the plugins seem to be incompatible with product add ons. So I thought surely acowebs own discount product will be compatible with its sister product.
Despite contacting support I cant get an answer to this other than an email response after 8 days saying the free product rule wont select a specific variation of the product. I get that but thats not what I want, what I want is to know if it will discount the CHEAPEST product in the basket.
Surely there must be some cross compatibility between plugins sold by the same company? Fact is I simply I don’t know if there is or not as support is not dealing with this well or at all.
For the avoidance of doubt this is the scenario:
I need to be able to add a bogo deal as follows:
Buy 3 get 1 Free
Buy 6 Get 2 Free
Buy 9 get 3 Free
An example of a typical basket could be as follows:
1.Product A (150cm x 150cm ) = £150
2.Product A (100cm x 100cm ) = £100
3.Product A (50cm x 50cm ) = £50
4.Product B (150cm X 150cm) = £100
5.Product B (100cm X 100cm) = £60
6.Product B (50cm X 50cm) = £25
7.Product C (150cm X 150cm) = £100
8.Product C (150cm X 150cm) = £100
9.Product C (100cm X 100cm) = £70
So products 3, 5, and 6 are the “cheapest” in the basket and need to be free.
All I want to know is does this plugin work with the acoweb product addon plugin?
Please will someone help!!
