WordPress email not sending

Hi guys,
I am attempting to change the admin’s email but I am not receiving any emails from this WordPress.

This WordPress site is hosted on GoDaddy. It doesn’t hit out spam filter. We are using the default WordPress mail php function, no SMTP. So I believe it should be sending out from Godaddy’s server. I’m not sure how to check where the emails being stuck at.
