Add the option to have heading html tags as the titles of the tabs block

I wish that the tabs block should have the option to place the titles of the tabs in the HTML tags for headings, like setting all the titles in a tab block into either an H2, H3, H4, H5 or H6 html tag, but maintaining the same current look, not unlike the accordion block of this very plugin (there should be the option to convert one block into the other too, but that’s for another thread). I mainly think because I feel much more comfortable when there are actual headings in these, because it helps directly to machines to index the content better and to handicapped people to understand it better too. Also, it will look better in the odd cases one has to render the page sans any custom CSS.
It should have option to select an specific level of heading tags for the titles in a block (instead to list all tabs titles to a fixed level, like h3) as the specific tag one needs may vary according to the context. I think that the way the tabs titles are ordered in the current HTML code of the plugin is not ideal for that (the tabs of the titles are grouped all together separated from the rest of the content), but for the overall benefits I think it is worth a tweak.
I used to use some time ago a plugin that used headings for titles at tabs, albeit it was pre-Gutenberg (worked with shortcodes) and had its own set of shortcomings.
