Hi, I´ve installed a new theme ELECTRO purchased from themeforest. This theme is using Redux Framework. From the beginnig on I had problems with a very slow Website.

Looking into gtmetrix shows that the site needs 15-20 seconds to load. Initial Wait time is 2-3-4 seconds.
Looking for some reasons I found out that in WP admin panel Tools > Redux Framework – System status I had an error in the “Redux Data Directory Writable”: To allow data saving, make…../wp-content/uploads/redux/ writable.
Of course, I have tried to make folder writable, I set permitions to 755, 775, also tried 777, but system always shows warning.
I also tried to delete folder, and then to create new one, but no luck.
Same for a installation I did on another domain.
I am using SiteGround hosting.
Any known similar problems??
