Media.net ads being inserted together

I have been trying hard to insert ads. I currently have adsense installed perfectly in block 2 and 3. I have been trying to install media.net ads in a similar way as adsense has been installed in block 3.

I want media.net ads to appear after every 8 paragraphs. When I use %8 for media.net ads block (block 6), they all appear together (about 6-7 ads) after paragraph 8. And all the ads are the same, shouldn’t they be different?

Also, I do not know if this is related but I thought to add this information as well: I installed this script in the header using another plugin because media.net requires this script to be in the header:
