Hello,
I have a wordpress site mbaessayconsultant.com built with monstroid theme https://www.templatemonster.com/demo/55555.html#gref. Currency switcher was working fine, in India currency symbol Rs was displaying, and to the rest of the world $ was displayed. But all of a sudden yesterday I noticed that Indian currency was on display in the page and cart but when we proceed to check out it currency symbol changed to $ (previously Rs was on payment option page).
I deactivated the plugin and reactivated it, didn’t worked. I deleted the plugin and reinstalled the plugin, I noticed previously saved configurations were available but all in vain, now in India also $ is displaying as currency symbol (Indian Currency Rs stopped appearing).
Kindly suggest what to do? Can we any how delete the information by stored the plugin? If so how? If we can, then would like to do so and then install the plugin to check if it works or now…
Please help me out in this issue so we can proceed for purchase of pro version of plugin.
