Breadcrumbs showing old site url

Hello,

We set up our site with the standard yoast breadcrumbs and it was all working great. Then we changed the site url to a new domain, and the middle breadcrumb (the pages’ parent) is showing the old domain url rather than the new one.

Eg. Home > Page 2 > Page 3; Home is linking fine, page 2 is linking to the old domain and page 3 doesn’t link as it’s the current page.

We’ve tried flushing the permalinks but it still won’t update.

Any help?
