The problem also occurs sporadically on my website (something every 20 – 25 attempts). The employee “kimabaghdasaryan”, who closed the problem at the time, did not understand the problem.
It is not a question of generally no emails being received. The form works 20 or 25 times correctly – an entry is made in the database and an email is sent. From time to time, however, the user of the Frontent Client receives the message “Database error occured. Please try again”. Only in this case there is no entry in the database and no email is sent.
However, the user can repeat submitting the form as often as he wants – he keeps getting the error. There is no error code and no further help to analyze the problem.
The error also occurs with the latest version 1.13.22. Unfortunately, it is not known which browser and which browser version the users use on the frontend client.
