Menu nav text to change color on scroll

Hi Robert,
I’ve been through the previous post – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/change-text-color-when-scroll/ but having no joy.

I have a transparent menu with white text in the nav. When I scroll down I have a white header background take place, but I cannot seem to get the dark blue text to replace white text.

I’ve tried adding a class to the section: (she-tekst) and adding the css:
.she-header .she-tekst {
color: #001C38 !important;
}
The theme I’m using is GeneratePress.
