Transiction cost and % Vendor-Admin

hi,

i would like to know if is posisble speaking about commission and stripe transiction cost:

1. Vendor get 90%
2. Admin get 10%
3. all the costs of stripe transiction to the admin

I want that the Vendor get 90% net and all the costs of the transiction go to Admin
