Dear support,
I have a problem with showing the members page for logged in users. When I login as an admin everything works perfectly, I can see the members list/grid, members search and filter. Once I switch over the accounts and use the website a “normal” logged in user I am getting the following message: “We are sorry. We cannot find any users who match your search criteria.”
I have checked all the permissions and rights of the pages, members directories, forms and even menus but everything looks fine. I seems like there is no solution even if I switch off the search criteria or duplicate the member directory form. Please help!
