Hello Support!
I have a problem with the “Change Payment Method” button in the account dashboard under subscriptions when a customer clicks on it.
The “Change Payment Method” button redirects to my 404 error page instead of giving me the options to change the payment method.
This is the same if I try to edit a customer subscription by clicking on the “customer change payment method page” in the admin dashboard where you can edit subscriptions. There is no dropdown or option to choose any other options. It just redirects to the 404 page.
This is also the same with the manual renewal email that sends to the customer if their subscription didn’t renew or if I created a new subscription for someone.
Here are the two URL’s that I get;
Customer dashboard (When I click on the “change payment method” as a customer in the account/subscription dashboard

Any advice on what to do would greatly be appreciated.
PS* I’m not a developer, so please try to explain it in an easy way so I can explain it to my developer to help me.
