After installing to the latest version I have manually checked the sitemap.xml and I noticed that in category-sitemap.xml are shown only the first two categories from my main menu even I have more than 20. All these categories have custom meta description enabled and it is allowed to index. I have tried disabling the sitemap and enabling it again but the problem still persist. No canonical urls has been set too. By the way I have removed the category prefix in the url from the beginning.
