Make it easier to provide plugin support via the forums

Hi,

This feature request is not for WordPress itself, but for (this) WordPress.org forum.

I would like to see a few new features specifically for plugin contributors on their respective plugin support forums, as it can be cumbersome to go trough all the posts each time.

1. Possibility to assign a ticket to a(nother) Plugin Contributor, that will receive a notification and maybe even highlight the thread for this user.

2. Give plugin contributors the right to lock a topic, or automatically lock topics that are marked as resolved (no more replies allowed), or by default mark them as unresolved again when anyone replies.

And last but certainly not least:
3. A link to “Unresolved topics for this plugin” displayed to plugin contributors.

Those features will hopefully make it even more attractive for plugin contributors to provide free support via this forum.

I already implemented some solutions myself via javascript injection, it can be found here: https://bitbucket.org/arne_lap/wordpress-forum-support/overview , but obviously something native would be much nicer.

Thanks for all the hard work!

– Lap
